CV Distribution Service

The problem with "200,000 employers" claims

Every CV distribution service in this market quotes a large number, 180,000, 186,000, 200,000+. None of them explain how that number is verified, how often the database is refreshed, or what happens to your CV once it leaves your inbox. A number without a methodology is a marketing claim, not a service description.

Here's what we actually disclose:

  • How "verified" is defined: every contact in our database is a named HR or hiring decision-maker at an active, currently-operating company,  not a generic info@ inbox scraped from a company directory. Shell companies, defunct listings, and inactive contacts are removed on a rolling basis.

  • How often the database refreshes: contacts are re-verified on a quarterly cycle; any bounce or role-change is flagged and removed before your campaign sends.

  • What "distribution" actually means mechanically: your CV is sent as an individually addressed outreach email (not a bulk BCC blast), from a dedicated email address you control, so you see every open, reply, and bounce yourself.

PDPL-Compliant Outreach

The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the PDPL) governs how personal data,  including CVs, can be collected, used, and transmitted. A distribution service is handling two people's data at once: yours, and the HR contact receiving your outreach. We only distribute to contacts who've opted into receiving candidate outreach through recognized professional channels, and your CV is never resold, stored beyond your campaign, or shared with a third-party data broker. This is a genuine gap in this market,  none of the competing services publicly address data protection compliance at all.

Coverage across the Gulf, not just the UAE

Unlike single-market services, campaigns run per-country so you're not paying for a generic "Gulf" blast that's actually 90% UAE contacts with a handful of others mixed in

How the process works (transparent, 5 steps)

  1. Submit your CV — Word or PDF, sent as-is (we do not silently rewrite it; if it needs work, that's a separate CV writing/editing service)

  2. Choose your target market(s) — one country per campaign, so response tracking stays clean

  3. We draft the outreach email, written to get opened by a busy HR inbox, not a form-letter CC blast

  4. Campaign runs 7–8 working days, sent from a dedicated address you create and monitor, so responses come straight to you

  5. You receive a full delivery report, every company your CV was sent to, response/bounce data, and a plain explanation of what happened.

Why this matters: the hidden job market

Industry estimates commonly cited in Gulf recruitment circles put a significant share of roles ,particularly at mid-to-senior level, as filled through direct outreach and recruiter networks rather than public job board postings. Distribution is a way to reach that unadvertised layer of the market in parallel with your own direct applications, it supplements job-board searching, it doesn't replace it.

What we won't claim

  • We do not guarantee interviews, replies, or offers,  outcomes depend on your CV quality, target roles, and market conditions, all of which are outside any distribution service's control

  • We do not distribute to a second country "for free" bundled into one campaign — each market is priced and tracked separately, so your reporting stays accurate

  • We do not silently edit your CV as part of distribution,  if your CV needs improvement, say so upfront and we'll flag it before your campaign starts, not after

How is "verified" employer data different from a purchased email list?

A purchased list is typically scraped once and sold repeatedly across many buyers, which is why response rates on generic lists degrade fast. Ours is maintained specifically for candidate outreach, re-verified quarterly, and used only for campaigns run through us,  not resold.

2

Is CV distribution legal under UAE data protection law?

Yes, when outreach is directed at professional contacts through recognized business channels and the data isn't stored or resold beyond the service, which is the standard we hold every campaign to under the UAE's PDPL framework.

3

Can I run one campaign covering all six GCC countries at once?

No, and we'd flag it as a bad idea even if you could. A blended campaign makes it impossible to tell which market is actually responding, which defeats the purpose of tracking. One country per campaign keeps your data clean.

4

What happens if my CV bounces or gets a low response rate?

Your delivery report shows bounces separately from opens/no-response, so you can tell the difference between "wasn't delivered" and "was seen, no interest", most services don't separate these, which hides whether the problem is your CV or the targeting.
